The role of Campaign Manager
This is a key position at Wonderbly. We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager who can come in and hit the ground running by delivering against a busy Trading calendar. We need an email expert that will understand our commercial objectives and help achieve YoY channel growth. As well as creative flair and excellent email platform knowledge you’ll be results-focused and motivated by tracking key KPIs to ensure success.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
Campaign execution and analysis
You will be responsible for delivering global broadcast email campaigns based on our trading calendar. You will be an expert at customer segmentation and able to target different groups of customers to avoid over contacting them. You’ll take the lead on providing detailed briefs to our creative teams, and take into account learnings from previous campaigns as you strive to make every campaign a success.
You’ll be fanatical about testing and learning. You will be eager to understand how your campaigns have performed and will be able to confidently share results with the business. You will use insight to put forward recommendations on how to optimise future campaigns.
You will be able to deliver objective feedback to the creative team based on learnings from previous campaigns. You will support the CRM team with peer to peer proofing of campaigns and will be key to championing accuracy.
Platform management
You will be a super user of email platforms. You will be confident in submitting requests to the ESP Account Manager and will work with them to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- You’ll be adept at delivering results-driven email campaigns, across broadcast and automated programmes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commercial awareness
- Working across multiple markets and languages in an ecommerce business would be a bonus, as would planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills, working to strict deadlines
- You are clued up on email best practice, and you know your way around an ESP or Marketing Cloud platform
- You perform at your best in a fast paced environment
