Job Description


We are searching for a Salesforce Business Analyst to become an expert in the Sales amp; Marketing operations at ZeroLight, using data analysis to resolve problems and maintain progress across these teams. You will be a trusted advisor working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and the Chief Growth Officer.

You will support the team to unlock the potential of Zerolight’s applications with the implementation of operational process support and analytics. What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and develop sales analytics, providing day to day operational/systems support
  • Own and administer tools like Salesforce - including development and maintenance of reporting, dashboarding, and metrics for multiple stakeholders and business partners
  • Actively identify operational issues and work across cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions to improve end-to-end process of customer lifecycle, delivering regular insights on the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance
  • Partner with other departments during strategy planning to advise, assist, and implement annual plans including KPI setting and business reviews
  • Play a crucial role in special projects to enable leaders to take informed decisions by providing data, insights and analysis

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Proficient in Salesforce with the ability to build Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Hunger to get deeper sales and marketing systems expertise
  • Software Sales Organisation and Sales Operations experience driving business operations, efficiencies and KPI’s
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willing to wear multiple hats, able to deliver high-quality results in an often ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment

You might also have

  • Experience with a cloud consumption model
  • SQL, Looker, Tableau experience
