We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive or Manager who will be responsible for paid management and reporting. Joining our specialist Channel team sat within the Social department, you will be always looking for opportunities to improve quality and performance and showcase true value for clients and the agency. We are looking for a well-organised candidate with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
Requirements
Specialist Skillset
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Proven experience managing social accounts Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.
- Ability to develop client-facing campaign plans and reports
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience in implementing, managing and optimising Paid Social campaigns; knowledge and experience in implementing PPC activity including YouTube is a plus
- Experience in developing and following media plans and being able to provide supporting rationale
- Reporting and analytics (platform insights and software e.g. Sprout Social as well as Ads Managers); Google Analytics
- Social listening and monitoring
- Previous experience of a fast-paced environment / agency

Responsibilities- D2D management of accounts, ensuring client objectives are met, work is of the highest quality
- Planning and managing paid media activity and proactively applying optimisations to improve performance
- Handling organic amp; paid content across social platforms; owning campaign roll-out, working with other team members
- D2D handling of client queries and preparing monthly client meetings
- Supporting on campaign ideation and planning, decks, etc.
- Reporting and analytics gathering learnings amp; benchmarking metrics, setting clear actions to implement
