Hybrid Working Style

Role purpose

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our people team to provide technical hiring expertise to support Lantum in finding world class talent for our Engineering, Product and Design teams.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the full recruitment cycle for Engineering, Product and Design
  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
  • Intentional focus on building a diverse workforce through driving diversity across all new hires
  • Identifying, engaging and closing candidates from a variety of channels and understanding where to most effectively spend your time
  • Stakeholder management from individuals on teams to VP/C-level executives
  • Collecting and sharing feedback from our tech talent pool
  • Working to recruitment KPIs and reporting back on progress against these metrics
  • Delivering recruitment projects such as tech talent market maps, benchmarking, organising events
  • Working with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Chief People Officer to identify strategic opportunities to ensure the hiring process for this team is fit for purpose

Requirements

Must have experience:

  • Previous experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition partner working in house delivering Tech/Product roles
  • Running the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to closing
  • Experience finding diverse talent and thinking outside the box

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

  • Be a superb communicator and facilitator with an ability to flex your communication style to suit the audiences you are working with
  • Prioritise and juggle well to ensure successful delivery
  • Have experience of working either as part of a team delivering projects or have delivered project yourself

Nice to have:

  • Workable system experience
  • Experience recruiting for a SaaS start-up/scale-up
