Where does this role fit in?
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the newly established content function within Mamp;S. This role is integral to the effective running of the marketing function within Mamp;S, assisting the team in the management of the sample process across all 6 business units within clothing, home, and beauty.
Co-ordinating shoot preparation, sample, and prop packing amp; logistics, organising deliveries, maintaining the wardrobe space, and post shoot organisation of product samples. You will be seen as the go-to person for coordinating all product for content shoots, building strong relationships with the wider marketing team as well as Buying, Styling, Design and Merch to ensure all shoot outfits and styles are gathered on time and that correct product is handed over. The overall tracking of the shoot lifecycle of the product is key and upholding great relationships across all BU’s is paramount.
You will also Oversee the management of all administrative product information sheets for pre content shoots, working directly with the BU’s for gathering all accurate info and any relevant shoot documentation is populated accurately and supplied on time to production for oversees shoots.
