About the role
We have an opportunity to join our HR Tech start-up as our Head of People on a maternity cover for an initial 7 month period commencing November 2022.
Whilst this is a maternity cover, the current CPO is looking for someone to bring fresh ideas, perspectives and energy and not just care-take of the status quo.

We are currently a team of around 60 employees, the People function includes 2 brilliant Talent Partners and reports to both Co-Founders. The role also forms part of the Tempo leadership team.
