What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced, talented, and imaginative content executive to join our UK marketing team who can own plan, execute and deliver engaging content. This role has a heavy focus on copywriting, writing engaging client content within technology and leadership. You will be responsible for helping to drive marketing performance and will bring fresh ideas, a collaborative approach and project coordination skills to help take us to the next level.

We are at a pivotal point in our development as a business, and marketing is an integral part of this. You will play a key role in helping deliver marketing communications that help raise awareness of and strengthen understanding of the business. You will have the opportunity to progress and develop within this role.

What will you be doing?

  • Plan and write creative and varied technology and leadership content to support the business’ thought leadership efforts and drive leads
  • Use SEO principles to ensure content and pages are more optimised
  • Website content and blog maintenance
  • Support with email campaigns, newsletters, and paid ad campaigns
  • Reporting using G4 (UA)
  • External liaison client interviews
  • Support social content
  • Ensure that the commercial tone-of-voice and design aesthetics are maintained in all assets
  • Award entries maintain award calendar and write compelling entries
  • Decide content structures per piece
  • Interviews with senior industry leaders
  • Internal/collateral creation, leading team on structure and outcome (docs, case studies)
  • Brand and keyword research
  • Provide day to day support to the digital team, becoming that point of contact to share/bounce ideas to develop the best way forward to achieve our marketing objectives
  • Junior team support, proofing and feedback
  • Creatively inputting to team projects and decisions
  • Work with consultants to deliver work and support them
  • Event support
  • Writing typographical-free and proof-reading copy across all channels
  • Proof and edit your own work, as well as that of your peers

Who are you?

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in content creation in a corporate environment
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Experience of delivering content and thought leadership externally to drive leads
  • Typography and layout design clear grasp of how to compose content with compelling text hierarchy
  • Organisational skills able to juggle several projects simultaneously
