The Role
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join us for a maternity cover contract of 12 months to manage and support the team with the development and execution of the marketing plan in H2 while working with the CEO to create the H1 plan for 2023. This could lead to a longer term opportunity, if desired and depending on performance.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong generalist marketer with people management experience to build on our success so far in 2022 and take our game-changing HR Tech solution into 2023.
Responsibilities
The role itself is unique for a marketing role as it requires both B2C and B2B strategies, meaning potential for a wider range of exciting initiatives. One arm of the strategy is to ensure we are the most attractive job seeking platform for ambitious early-career people to find their next role in an exciting start-up. The other side is to attract high growth, exciting startups/scale ups with junior business and commercial roles to join and hire their next superstars via our platform.
The team is split into two focus areas, B2C (acquiring and engaging candidates) and B2B (acquiring and engaging clients). We have marketing specialists covering each focus area which are underpinned by our performance marketing function.
The role is a combination of planning, execution and people management with a strong focus on execution and demonstrating value contributions from the marketing team.

You’ll have experience in a senior marketing role and ideally have covered both B2B and B2C at some point in your career.
We expect the hired candidate will probably have around 4-6 years marketing experience and have line manager/people experience and are eager for the next challenge.
