Based in our factory in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, we have over 200 people working together to produce top quality products to clients across the UK and beyond. Due to our ongoing ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to support our Quality Team.
We’re looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, highly dexterous and the ability to multi task with high quality output.

Key Responsibilities
To ensure production and manufacture of product is manufactured to high standard of GMP ISO22716 and agreed specification, perform routine testing and inspection of key areas, equipment and materials. Controlling of non-conforming product, including corrective and preventative investigation. Working in alignment to all Health amp; Safety, Hygiene, GMP and other business requirements.
Key tasks: (The main activities/actions required to carry out the job).
- Approval inspection of manufactured bulk
- Routine inspection and testing of key instruments
- Coordinating testing of key raw materials
- Investigation amp; analysis of internal NCN’s
- Conducting internal audits
- Updating information on quality data trackers
- Communication between departments on key areas
- Control of Quarantine stock
- Microbial swabbing as required
- Attending key meetings
- Report any anomalies to Head of Quality
- Any other relevant work which has been agreed prior with Head of Quality
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing industry · Minimum 2 years in a Quality Assurance function · Minimum 2 years’ experience in food manufacture or similar GMP role · Computer literate, with ability to compile excel spread sheets and word reports · Working with procedures and work instructions
