Partnership background:
Mamp;G partnered with Moneyfarm, a leading digital investment specialist, to provide direct investment services to UK consumers. Mamp;G Wealth, the company’s UK wealth management arm, will use Moneyfarm’s existing technology, digital capabilities and investment guidance journeys to back its own branded proposition.
This new direct digital service will be tailored to meet a range of customer risk appetites and profiles through a collection of multi-asset model portfolios, backed by a selection of actively-managed and passive funds.
Moneyfarm will deliver the operating models, including dedicated squads to support the technology platform and customer relationship management, together with custody and trading services.

About the role:

As an Investment Consultant, you will get the opportunity to learn from a team of experienced professionals and be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a spokesperson for Moneyfarm, delivering an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact
- Building a strong knowledge of Moneyfarm’s products and platform
- Be responsible for a book of clients, actively reaching out to new and existing clients to grow their assets under management through email, phone or via video call
- Communicate to our clients the views of our expert portfolio managers on how we invest our client's wealth and financial markets as a whole.
- Provide clear and concise guidance and simplified advice to help clients to reach their financial goals
- Work closely with other departments on additional projects to help improve overall client experience
- Keep the CRM database (Salesforce) up to date with all client contact.
Requirements
Must have:
- Be level 4 qualified with the CISI Investment Advice Diploma or similar
- Have 1-3 years experience in a wealth management company or in a similar client facing investment role
- Be commercially driven
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have a strong ‘get up and go’ work ethic, with the ability to work at a high level in a fast-pac
