We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team, providing expert support and contributing to a world-class, and truly global, talent agenda.
Reporting to and working alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from role inception to offer acceptance, for professional services roles. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, be attentive and committed to getting the basics right every time, whilst constantly striving to achieve a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. We target the very best in the market for all our roles and you will be someone who champions our culture and sets the very highest of standards in their work. This is a business that works at high pace, so you’ll need to be flexible, adaptable and unflappable.
Your skills and experience:
- Proven track record of supporting the recruitment of high-quality talent within a professional services or similar environment.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and related MS Office admin tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both written and verbal communications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment and view ambiguity as an opportunity to propose and gain buy-in for solutions.
- Naturally curious with a proactive nature, you are self-directed and highly resourceful.
- You pride yourself on your ability to follow up on every detail, to gather and analyse relevant data, and always be willing to go the extra mile.
- Delivery focused with a hands-on practical approach.
- Headhunting experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
