About the Role

Due to continued growth and success within our existing client base, we have a great opportunity to take on a second Talent Acquisition Partner (Resourcer). For this role, you will be solely responsible for developing active candidate pools of IT and Digital Transformation contractors. You will work closely with the account leads and People Team to manage project demands against the supply and availability of internal staff and contractors. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing contractors (i.e., through regular communication, events etc.), manage the onboarding of new contractors and ensure all compliance and administration is kept up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the account leads to understand client requirements
  • Attract and source relevant candidates through marketing activities and using a wide range of platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, networking, referrals and our ATS)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors through regular communication and events.
  • Phone screen and interview candidates to qualify their suitability, availability, pay rates and commitment for interim opportunities, as well as manage the day-to-day running of the recruitment process (i.e., confirming interviews and ensuring data is accurately recorded and kept up to date).
  • Run the Weekly Scheduling call
  • Develop engaging candidate profiles
  • Ensure all vetting, compliance and administration is up to date
  • Conduct any ad-hoc administration activities
  • Conduct Any ad-hoc reporting

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high paced recruitment environment, or as a Resourcer or Recruiter specifically for a Management Consultancy and/or within IT and Digital transformation
  • Knowledge and understanding of the IT and Digital contractor recruitment marketplace
  • Knowledge and understanding of IR35 legislation
  • Ability to build and develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ability to manage different jobs at any one time
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Ability to think outside the box and apply creative solutions to problems
  • Passion for IT and digital trends
  • Proficient using Microsoft applications - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proficient using ATS’s (Workable desirable)
