About our team
Our Customer Service Team goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel supported and that their move to PensionBee is as smooth as possible. Within the team we have Pension Transfer Administrators (Nectar Collectors) and Customer Service Agents (BeeKeepers) who work closely together. Within the Pension Transfer Administrators team, we have a specialist Post Room team who work predominantly from our new office near Southwark station, London.
We are currently hiring for the following position:
- Pension Transfer Manager Post Room (In-Office Nectar Collectors)
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills who can help us demystify the administrative tasks that go into a successful transfer. You'd be responsible for helping to ensure the smooth-running of our post processes and for working with quality to get our customers’ pensions transferred quickly and easily. When you work remotely you will help the wider Pension Transfer team with their workload, giving you a full picture of the pension journey.
