Salary: 22,000 to 24,000, dependent on experience.

We are looking for our new Returns Assistant. The Returns Assistant is essential to ensuring a smooth and effective processing of all returned goods coming into the business. To ensure they are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, consulting with both customers and suppliers as part of the process. You will provide an excellent level of customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing all returns from customers and suppliers.
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and with colleagues, at all levels within the business, to find suitable resolutions.
- Liaising with a wide range of vendors and manufacturers from the list above and beyond.
- Raising collections and shipments with our courier partners.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is essential.
- The ability to deal with customer complaints.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience of working in a B2B returns department would be desirable.
- Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable.
- Understanding of customs and export processes would be desirable.
