  • Build relationships with your client base and manage the delivery of the full suite of BrightTALK services in which they’ve invested
  • Work on program management and customer success skills
  • Develop a full comprehension of B2B online media, ad tech, social media, rich media, marketing automation systems, and lead generation
  • Keep on top of recent trends around digital marketing and advertising technology
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of BrightTALK and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to clients.
  • Create a customer-first experience that inspires our audience

  • Understanding of digital marketing, content marketing and demand generation
  • Experience with B2B client handling
