I’m Nick - Group Director of Talent Acquisition at Tripledot

This role would be ideally suited for someone who is working to source talent in an agency environment and would like to move to an internal talent team.


About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Team at Tripledot Studios sits at the heart of our business, attracting and nurturing our candidates, collaborating and partnering with departments and adding true value through every interaction we make.


In this newly created role within the Tripledot Talent Acquisition Team, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting and nurturing industry-leading talent at all levels across departments in Tripledot.


Supporting our Talent Acquisition Partners, you will be proactive in applying a variety of talent acquisition strategies that enable us to build talent pipelines that satisfy our future hiring needs across the UK studio. You will be a true brand advocate for Tripledot, providing both active and passive candidates with an exceptional experience at all times.


A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner - What you’ll be doing

  • Attending recruitment meetings with the Talent Acquisition Partners, Heads of Department amp; Hiring Teams to understand hiring requirements and support the development of talent acquisition strategies
  • Creating, managing and developing industry talent maps across your dedicated business areas
  • Ensuring a remarkable candidate experience at all times, partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure Tripledot is regarded as the industry employer of choice
  • Identifying the highest level candidates in each discipline, understanding their current status and availability through strong pre-screening practice (In-Person, Video, Telephone), delivering an engaging candidate experience and preparing the candidate for Tripledot’s further hiring process
  • Assess candidates thoroughly against the brief and sell the opportunity based on their needs, this will enable you to add valuable insight to each candidate submitted to the wider Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers
  • Identifying networking opportunities including but not exhaustive: internal/external events, Qamp;A webinars, technology meetups, and further Talent Acquisition activity
  • Community Building - You will dedicate your time to networking and connecting with the best talent in the market at all levels of seniority
  • You will regularly engage with your talent and keep them up to date with relevant roles within our organisation along with finding innovative and engaging ways to contact your community
  • You will also assist with managing the applicant tracking system, by distributing applications to reviewers within the business, creating and circulating reports, and updating the database with interview notes and status changes.
  • This is an integral role to the TA department and Tripledot as a whole, with the scope to take on projects and progress within the business.

Requirements

  • Proven technical sourcing experience either in an agency or in-house role, using a variety of sourcing methodologies
  • Excellent candidate management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A strong solutions focus and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Proficiency within LinkedIn Recruiter and full working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • A passion for gaming and technology is a bonus
