Title: Digital Learning Designer
Napier is a new breed of financial crime compliance technology specialist. Our AI-enhanced platform Napier Continuum transforms compliance from legal obligation to competitive edge.
Due to our ongoing growth internationally, we are looking to hire a Digital Learning Designer to focus on creating on-brand, aesthetic, interactive and innovative digital learning curricula and content, providing an engaging and diverse learning experience to Napierians, as well as for our customers and partners.
Reporting to the Global Head of Learning and Development, you will be a passionate, high-energy, hands-on, Digital Learning Designer who can demonstrate experience in developing innovative learning methods, ideally within a growth business, in the Financial Crime and Fraud Risk Management vertical.
Your day to day Digital Learning Designer
- Design, develop and curate high-quality, on brand, visually appealing, interactive digital learning content, using proven instructional design methodologies, innovative design trends and adult learning theories.
- Apply best-in-class digital content design, to bring a suite of digital learning, to include and by no means exhaustive: bite-sized micro and full course macro learning, 1-minute overviews, eBooks, eLearning, infographics, articles, blog posts, articles, and videos.
- Proactively update digital learning content, individually or in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Provide technical advice on instructional design methods and the use of learning technology to colleagues looking to provide digital learning in support of developing others.
- Identify content gaps and recommend content, proposing modules to upgrade, and innovative content to develop
- Assess effectiveness and efficiency of content according to ease of use, achievement of learning outcomes, knowledge transfer and net promoter score.
Requirements
Do you have what it takes?
- Developing learning content using principles for instructional design, instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of outcomes.
- Content development including experience using multi-media development software (authoring software, video creation tools, graphic design tools, etc.)
- Computer-based learning development software (e.g. Articulate)
- Creating audio/video assets using development software (Camtasia, Adobe Suite)
- Experience working with learning management systems and platforms.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural, global environment.
