Job Description

It always starts with good recruitment. Finding and engaging with talent is not an easy gig, it requires honesty, authenticity and consistency. It's also two experiences running side by side, one for the candidate and one for the hiring manager. We are incredibly passionate about finding the right person and promoting diversity is one of our top priorities. And we’re looking for someone who shares this vision to join as we continue to build teams that genuinely change lives. Just so you know, the role is hybrid with travel to Watford HQ every week.

A Place To Be You

We want to create games that appeal to people from all walks of life and we need a rich and diverse blend of people to make that happen. We hire exclusively on talent and we want our employees to feel like they can bring their whole selves to work every day. We've made huge strides forward in progressing our inclusive ambitions and ensuring what we produce is reflective of our people and players.

How you'll make a difference

You will create unforgettable experiences for candidates and managers. You will do your best to find amazing talent and tell them our amazing story and what makes us special. We have a great support framework from the tech we use to suppliers who do a fantastic job representing us in the market. You’ll also be passionate about inclusion, our key metrics are based around these so if you’re not comfortable with this, it may not be right for you.

What you'll bring to the table

  • A skilled recruiter who has experience in a number of verticals. Digital amp; Technology is a key area for us so if you’ve done this in the past it will be a plus.
  • Experiencing or working with management and leadership teams - these are the people you will be working with most. We want someone who is adept at this from the get-go.
  • Strong team ethic - we move as one and that means having each other's backs and pitching in whenever you can.
  • You enjoy communicating - you’ll be fabulous on screen and better in real life. You enjoy interactions and are able to influence, challenge and counsel a broad spectrum of people.
  • Attention to detail, from the notes you make on our ATS to completing diversity info on our reports - we want someone who can get this right, first time.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for inclusion - someone who can help us raise our own high bar on what we can do to champion this across the business.
  • Good-ish project management skills. (It's not a project manager role after all!) - It's also about working with others, committing to do what you say and ensuring key people are kept in the loop.

What we'll give you

We look after our people. There's a competitive benefits scheme, 26 days of annual leave and a rather generous pension scheme. Thinking about your health? No probs - we'll give you access to remote health and wellbeing support - including access to a free digital GP and virtual counselling. We'll give you all of the kit and tools needed to succeed.

We take your development very seriously. We encourage you to treat every day as a learning day, we offer a series of AMAZING Learning Events throughout the year and you'll have access to the Camelot Playbook from day one - a guide to help you be your best.
