The finance function is key to our growth plans and ensuring that these are mature and robust is critical to supporting this growth.

Where do I fit in?

You’ll?be part of our Commerical Finance team, working primarily with our Finance Business Partner, along with the CFO, the Financial Controller, the Executive team and the wider business in supporting the firm’s growth trajectory.

You will provide financial planning and analysis support for the business, with an in-depth understanding of KPIs and financial metrics that support our strategic decision-making. You will be given exposure to commercial finance across a growing business, providing practical experience in a fast paced, PE backed environment

Requirements

  • Key support for strategic decision making including modelling of Mamp;A opportunities and other growth initiatives
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, including provision of analysis for key assumptions and inputs, and maintaining the model to reflect operational and structural changes to the business
  • Maintenance of the rolling forecast and provision of analysis by interrogating data and comparisons against budgetary expectations
  • Work closely with the Analytics team and other areas of the business to provide deeper understanding of commercial drivers

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fully or part Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
  • Basic knowledge in data analytics tools (such as Tableau and Power-Bi) is a plus
  • Practical experience in commercial modelling is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal with complex problems and communicate findings in a clear, concise format
  • Highly motivated problem solver possessing multi-tasking capabilities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy to meet deadlines
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
