We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger Supervisor with recent measurable experience in a similar role to work in our central services team based in Nantwich, Cheshire.

As a Sales Ledger Supervisor you will work within our growing finance team. You will be able to:

  • Ensure invoices are accurately and promptly produced and distributed.
  • Update, monitor and review the aged debt analysis. Contact parties in relation to outstanding balances as per policies and procedures.
  • Produce, review and maintain income collection system reports ensuring accuracy.
  • Ensure the sales ledger team provide a customer focused approach to dealing with internal and external parties.
  • Perform reconciliation between the sales ledger and nominal ledger, investigating and correcting any variances on a monthly basis.

You will be a focussed customer service professional with exceptional administration skills and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

The role is predominantly Monday - Friday however due to the nature of the business we need someone who is reliable and able to fulfil contracted hours and flexible work patterns. We offer a hybrid working pattern to employees after a period of office based training and induction.

Salary: 31,239 pa
