As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating technical content to spread Mindera’s expertise through case studies, blog articles, social media posts and other tools. In addition, you will work with different stakeholders toward achieving each business goal.

Requirements

You Rock At

• Technical B2B writing and copywriting, Content Strategy, SEO and SERP;
• Working closely with different stakeholders to turn their knowledge and expertise into technical communication material (namely articles, white papers, and blog posts)
• Conducting research on industry-related topics and emerging trends and techniques so we can stay ahead of the game and consistently produce relevant, compelling content, such as thought-leadership articles, general pieces, and news-related articles that help develop awareness and understanding of Mindera’s tech expertise;
• Proofreading and editing content for mistakes or additional ideas and ensuring it is composed per direction;
• Producing clean and creative work under tight deadlines, ensuring that all content is optimised for data search engine optimisation (SEO) and contains enough keyword placement;
• Coordinating with the Global Marketing Lead to integrate technical communication within the content strategy;
• Prioritising tasks according to the business objectives, ensuring that different stakeholders deliver what’s needed to meet deadlines while defining a plan if this doesn’t happen.

You're Good At

• Writing copy for the software development industry - you understand tech (software development lifecycle, agile frameworks, software development roles and tech stack);
• Developing a comprehensive content strategy and calendar as well as tools and assets to improve and elevate Mindera’s brand;
• UX writing and Content Marketing Strategy knowledge;
• Using website analytics to understand content performance and user behaviour to make data-driven improvements;
• Project Management, working to tight deadlines and always with an eye on budget and not afraid to roll up their sleeves;
• Using a Content Management System (we use Strapi) to build and schedule website content.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Ability to work in a very dynamic environment where people are very busy. Therefore you should be able to prioritise tasks and follow up on them in an autonomous way, creating other plans if things don't go as expected;
• Hands-on and doer. Someone who thinks fast and acts faster;
• Receptive to feedback;
• Willingness to meet deadlines;
• Problem-solving skills to develop the most effective strategies to achieve goals;
• Creativity to write tech content in a Mindera way - we are not a robot-talk company. We are humans talking to humans. We are looking for someone who can absorb our culture and write according to the friendly and warm tone of voice we defined.
