Job Description
As a trainee IT recruitment delivery consultant in our Account Management team, you will work with globally recognised brands and exciting start-ups to meet their IT and digital hiring needs across the UK.
In the account management team, you will be recruiting permanent IT and tech talent while ensuring your clients have all the support and help they need.
The Delivery Team is growing to be the backbone of our UK and European growth, and we are looking for an IT recruiter to join at an exciting time of rapid expansion for the Account team.
As a Delivery Consultant, you will join our Fast Track program and be provided with structured in-house training from our internal head of learning and development, which provides a supportive environment to develop your career in any direction within the group that interests you most.
As a member of the Delivery team, you will identify tech and IT talent for companies ranging from bleeding edge scale-ups to FTSE 100 companies overseeing the end-to-end process of their search for hard-to-find key commercial tech talent.

Requirements
Experience in a sales environment is ideal, although we would also consider those who have previously worked in a fast-paced environment or in a customer/client-facing role such as retail or hospitality.
Good communicator, you will be comfortable with making calls and building a good rapport with your candidates.
There is no need to have prior experience in recruitment!
