As a Berlin focussed trainee recruitment consultant you'll work with the hottest tech players in Europe. As a trainee recruitment consultant you'll get in-depth training to develop existing and new skills and work with globally recognised brands and start-ups to solve their hiring demands, becoming an expert in a niche field.
Consortia have been recruiting in Germany since 2010 with a dedicated tea, focussed on growing the region for the last 3 years. As a trainee recruitment consultant in the Germany team, you’ll be joining our recruitment pathway program, which offers a supportive environment to grow your career in any direction within the group that interests you most.
Utilising a mix of both in-house and external training providers you'll develop skills beyond just how to find great talent!

The work setup for this trainee recruitment consultant job
Since the pandemic and lockdown, we realised we do our best work when we can still get together in person, so our team gets together three days a week in our offices. Two days a week, you have the freedom to work from home or from the office whichever suits your style.
Our new Bristol HQ, a few minutes walk from Temple Meads station, has our sales floor, quiet work zones, meeting pods, training rooms, lounge areas, chill-out zones and even a rave room!
