Job Description
Our new Group Accounts Management Team is growing and we’re looking for an Account Delivery Consultant to join Consortia Group at a very exciting time of rapid expansion for the business.
As a 240 Account Delivery Consultant, you will work with FTSE 50 Companies, globally recognized brands and exciting bleeding-edge tech start-ups to build 5-star consultative relationships and meet their hiring needs across the UK and Europe.
You will predominantly be the first point of contact for your dedicated accounts and have the responsibility to deliver high-quality candidates to support their recruitment requirements on a permanent basis. The vision is you will build your own pillar of Delivery Resourcers to fully support your Key Accounts.
As an Account Delivery Consultant, you will join our Fast Track program and be provided with the best structured in-house training from our internal Head of Learning and Development, which provides a supportive environment to develop your career in any direction within the group that interests you most.

Requirements
- Recruitment background from either 360 or 180 with ideally 2 years experience
- Client and Candidate Relationship Management experience with a consultative approach and rapport building
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Extensive experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- A desire to work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to prioritize a high volume of requisitions while managing multiple projects
- Ideally from an IT or Tech recruitment background
