This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager - Performance to be part of our new QC Customer Success team.

For this role you will need to have good PAID knowledge and the ability to talk confidently around PAID Strategy across Google Ads and Paid Social Ads BUT please note this IS NOT a delivery role so you will not deliver these strategies but instead you will use your expertise to give guidance/support and advise to our clients on how our world class attribution tool, Corvidae can be used in order to achieve growth, and drive results for their business. Must be capable of using insights from analytics software to make good media spend recommendations.

We will give you an excellent introduction and training programme into Corvidae coupled with your solid grounding in Paid Media it wont take long to get you up speed!

What are we looking for?

As our Senior Account Manager your primary role will be to deliver great service that meets the customer’s business needs, with particular emphasis on our attribution model solution, Corvidae, and ensuring the value is demonstrated to the client. This is coupled with the retention and upsell of Corvidae customers.

What is Corvidae?

Corvidae is our attribution software solution. It is powered by machine learning and capable of handling massive amounts of marketing behaviour data, the Corvidae product allows its users to understand the value of their marketing activity and use this information to automatically optimise that activity. We need skilled, passionate technical team members to be part of building Corvidae from initial working version into a fully fledged, production capable software product.

What will you need?

  • Experience in a client facing role in account management or customer success and achieving retention, ideally including experience of a start up / high growth environment.
  • Examples of identifying and driving high performance results across client projects
  • Proficient Paid Media knowledge and ability to talk confidently around Paid Strategy across Search, Display, Video and Social Ads, including relevant middleware (e.g. DV360, etc) ideally experience in the past 1-2 years
  • Proven track record of managing strategy with large spend clients to drive positive ROI.
  • Strong ability to apply business
