A Talent Acquisition Manager is experienced in technical sourcing. As the face of hackajob our Talent Acquisition Manager guides engineers through the hackajob platform to support them to ‘go live’ and get them matched with some of the top companies in the world. Our teams are experts in finding, engaging and placing the very best technical talent. We simply provide the tools, support and expertise for them to be successful.
Talent Acquisition Managers represent hackajob, demonstrate the benefits of our platform and engage new users to utilise the system when searching for their new role. A Talent Acquisition Manager at hackajob will work to build our community of users and is an integral part of the user journey here at hackajob delivering an excellent service to all candidates.
What will you be up to?
- Engaging both new and past users of the platform using: Job boards, LinkedIn, Social Media, Events and many more channels, to ensure we can get them Live and Active on the system at the right time.
- Registering new users on hackajob and promoting the platform whilst maintaining a positive candidate experience at all times, as we offer a skills based matching approach; this often involves a deep-dive into the candidate’s previous experience to give them the best chance of success.
- Working with both marketing and product to ensure they can support your activities in the best way possible.
- Continually improving the platform through user feedback and sharing your own suggestions/ideas for new features and approaches.
- Working with hundreds of candidates on a weekly basis, with the goal of helping them reach their potential and get the offer they deserve.
- Representing hackajob online, via phone and in person at industry events
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Someone who is willing to work from either midday to 7pm or 1pm -8pm to cover the USA marketplace.
- Strong recruitment experience (2+ years). - while we will of course offer plenty of training and upskilling opportunities, we want someone who already has a good understanding of the recruitment fundamentals.
- Technical recruitment knowledge and a willingness to learn/pick up new ideas and technical concepts.
- Ability to work at scale - you’ll be able to have a positive impact on literally hundreds of candidates per week.
- Excellent relationship building and time management skills.
- Great communication both by phone and email.
- Collaboratorative, there is no working in silos so we help each other along the way and intra-team knowledge sharing is intrinsic to the success of the business.
