As the Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for Krakow-based hiring at ClearCourse, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our talent strategy. To achieve this the emphasis will be on demonstrating hiring best practice through focussing on direct hiring, reducing agency spend and improving our time to hire and employee retention to support the Company growth.

You’ll need to be a passionate, pro-active Talent Acquisition specialist who is happy and confident to communicate with internal stakeholders and candidates at all levels, online by phone and face to face. As ClearCourse is partnership of innovative technology companies, a sense of urgency and the ability to operate and adapt to change in a fast-paced technology environment is essential.

Given that you'll be assisting with our Krakow-based hiring, it would be advantageous if you are Krakow based and accessible to our office in Poland.

Requirements

What do I need?

  • Experience of in-house Talent Acquisition for the Polish market is essential
  • Proven experience of adapting to change to meet the Company’s hiring needs
  • Previous experience of educating hiring managers on tools and processes
  • Experience of writing eloquent and accurate job adverts to support direct sourcing and talent attraction
  • Proven ability of working with online search tools and a variety of recruitment media
  • Knowledge of GDPR ensuring compliance with applicant tracking
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A proven ability to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable communication skills in Polish and English and a proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
