We are looking for a People Administrator with an immediate start to support our People Service Desk team function, where you will provide support to our employees for the next three months. To be successful in this role, you must be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail - providing data to stakeholders and answering queries via our helpdesk. This is a fast-paced environment and you will need to love multitasking and working on different projects. Ultimately, you will assist the team in contributing to a healthy and happy work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the people department
  • Entering employee data into computer databases
  • Collating and reporting data from various IT systems for stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Point of contact for store teams -preparing relevant people information, e.g absence and lateness
  • Supporting and working closely with the People Service Desk Associates and wider team including both head office and store teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in People HR
  • Previous experience in HR shared services or/and HR Administrator role is preferred
  • A passion for improving and creating a positive working environment for the team
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges
