Client Support Administrator

Department: Customer Services

Reporting to: Head of Client Support

Background

As a premium private label cosmetic manufacturing and innovation company, we pride ourselves in being able to create, produce, package, and distribute high-end product ranges whilst maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Our site in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, has over 200 people working together to produce top quality products for clients across the UK and beyond. Due to our ongoing ambitious growth, we are looking to recruit a Client Support Administrator to support our Client Support Team.

Job Role

  • Liaising with Client Support amp; Account Managers to ensure Supply Chain Forms are correctly filled in and processed within the system.
  • Processing new amp; replenishment orders in alignment with the Service Level Agreement.
  • Processing amp; amending Bill of Materials for existing orders/products on the system.
  • Managing customer sample despatch amp; requests, as well as completing delivery notes for internal processing.
  • Liaising with Purchasing to arrange goods-in bookings amp; completing any required paperwork for Warehouse.
  • Creating Outer Case Labels in alignment with customer requirements.
  • Spearheading general maintenance amp; clean-up of the internal systems.
  • Undertaking various other amp; general administrative duties appointed by the Head of Client Support.
  • Any other duties requested by the Head of Client Support.

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail.

Knowledge, Experience and Work Skills Needed:

  1. Good level of education; functional skills in English amp; Maths are required for this role.
  2. Keen interest in Client Support amp; Administration.
  3. Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook amp; Excel.
