We are growing rapidly and because of that, we are looking to add a Customer Success Specialist to ensure our Done With You clients get an incredible service through being their primary point of contact. You will be energetic, outgoing, and professional, and you’ll get excited about the idea of helping business owners grow their businesses and free up their time by helping them hire great team members.

You will be the face of our client delivery by engaging with customers, managing the onboarding of our high-touch recruitment services, and providing updates to customers by email, videos, and regular Zoom calls.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

  • Lead client onboarding calls using our clear and effective methodologies, explain our process, and our expectations, and show them how we are going to get them great results
  • Maintain great client contact and constantly look for ways to improve the client communication process
  • Accurately and promptly review, consolidate, and transfer our team’s suggestions and recommendations to DWY clients
  • Maintain proactive contact with clients to ensure they remain fully engaged in the hiring process to help us help them to succeed
  • Liaise with the recruitment and operations team about the status of client roles to be able to effectively keep the clients up to date
  • Build rapport with the clients and ensure great communication whilst also ensuring the Recruitment / Operations teams have all the necessary information to produce excellent work
  • Identify ways to improve customer engagement encouraging referrals and repeat business
  • Help us make sure we improve every day
  • Work with the Hiring Success Manager, the Operations Manager and the CEO and interact with the wider JobRack team, including recruiters, recruitment assistants, and job post creators.

You'll be supporting our growth helping ensure we can wow our customers with the best onboarding calls and best client communications of any service they've ever experienced.

In your first few weeks at JobRack, you will have the opportunity to learn how we operate our business, shadow the current team on client calls and build confidence to take on client calls yourself.


We'll give you a LOT of support, but we know you'll be itching to get going yourself pretty quickly! You'll be expected to bring your natural energy, enthusiasm and professional approach to client interactions from the start.
