Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated People Advisor with excellent communication skills and a passion for development strong HR processes across multiple sites. As our People Advisor you will be responsible for providing support to the People and Recruitment Manager. You will use your expertise to develop and drive employee well being and engagement across the organisation; ensuring that the employee Belong experience is a positive journey. In addition you will use your knowledge and skills to provide excellent levels of service, accurate efficient administration and effective concise reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

Salary Circa 31,063

Due to the multi-site nature of this role you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.

Requirements

  • Take a lead role in providing an effective HR and recruitment support function to enable the People Strategy and Belong vision
  • Responsible for ensuring a comprehensive HR service throughout the employee journey, ensuring an excellent service is provided
  • Ensure that managers and colleagues have access to the appropriate HR expertise and resources to carry out their roles and to provide specific advice and guidance around the employment relationship
  • Act as lead on the engagement and wellbeing agenda across Belong
  • Be a visible and positive role model for excellent customer service and customer relations
  • Work in accordance with Belong standards and values; ensuring a culture and environment where people feel supported and valued
