In this exciting new role, the Web Sales Administrator will assist the sales team with all fuel card processes and deal with customer and credit queries within the inbound sales function.
Duties amp; Responsibilities
- Managing customer accounts from application through to card order
- Making calls to customers to gather the required documentation to process application
- Liaising with both Sales Manager, Web Sales reps and our credit team to ensure all documents provided and conversations are aligned for the customer journey
- Manage own workload on a daily/weekly basis to ensure all credit queries are contacted at the earliest possible time
- Resolve credit enquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Keep up to date with changing credit processes and legislation
- Assist with any duties requested by Sales Manager
Requirements
- Good standard of education preferably with a āCā or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Experience working in an office environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communicator with professional and confident telephone manner.
- Methodical with ability to organise and prioritize won workload and time.
- Motivated and enthusiastic.
