We are looking for a French Speaking Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing social media channels and communities for our clients, sourcing and securing influencers through to paid management and reporting. Joining our Social team, you will be always looking for opportunities to improve quality and performance and showcase true value for clients and the agency. Snapchat, YouTube and Pinterest have no secrets for you and of course you know Facebook, Instagram and Twitter inside out. We are looking for a well-organised candidate with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.

Requirements

Specialist Skillset

  • Native French speaker
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience
  • Proven experience managing social accounts Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
  • Proven experience with community management, audience engagement and customer service, including software e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr
  • Ability to develop client-facing content calendars, campaign plans and reports
  • Excellent written and communication skills, social copywriting
  • Reporting and analytics (platform insights and software e.g. Sprout Social as well as Ads Managers); Google Analytics
  • Social listening and monitoring
  • Previous experience of a fast-paced environment / agency a bonus

Responsibilities

  • D2d management of social accounts, ensuring client objectives are met, work is of the highest quality
  • Community management providing top-class customer service and crisis management
  • Scheduling social content, and checking-in on a daily basis for quality control
  • Handling organic amp; paid content across social platforms; owning campaign roll-out, working with other team members
  • D2d handling of client queries and preparing monthly client meetings
  • Supporting on campaign ideation and planning, decks, etc.
  • Reporting and analytics across content, organic and paid social gathering learnings amp; benchmarking metrics, setting clear actions to implement

In your current role you might be: Managing social media channels, looking after community management, planning and scheduling social media content, activating paid social campaigns, working with influencers, juggling multiple clients and projects, client-facing.
