Hours - Full time
Location Hybrid (at least 2 days a week in London SE1 office)

- Basic salary of 48k+ (DOE)

Future Motion is a transport and e-mobility focused innovation company and has recently developed key innovations relating to identifying, measuring and certifying electric vehicle battery health, and now seeks to bolster internal software and product specialism within the team.
This is an extremely exciting moment for the business as we launch and scale our highly innovative solution, playing a significant role in electric vehicle adoption both here in the UK and globally.
Key responsibilities
Manage development of core technology, our battery health analysis tool consisting of front-end customer apps and sizeable AI and ML powered back-office platform;
- Manage relationship with external parties in the production of core tech platform from software developers to designers and other key suppliers
- Lead on research and development to continually optimise core offering for target markets and use cases
- Ideate and develop innovative approaches to solving problems through functionality and design
- Design and execute rigorous testing programme to achieve constant incremental improvement
Manage completion of build and launch of web platform, delivering high-value content and data to range of audiences;
- Lead on structure and architecture design
- Create/ edit/ customise new pages and features in line with business needs
- Lead on tracking and reporting both internally and with external affiliate partners
- Lead on continuous campaign of testing, iterating and optimisation across the platform
- Manage back-office database and data flows into web platform and apps
