The Role:
The Lead Technology Product Manager is to help the CEO amp; CoS in overseeing Product and Engineering and to be his shadow in meetings.
The role is also strategic in its nature exploring how best to structure the various teams (design, product, engineering, AI) so that there is a great productive output and also to ensure that strategic objectives are being delivered especially when they are across teams.
The role is also important to the Chief of Staff (the reporting manager) as it gives them the super power to be able to understand subject matter expertise especially when there are problems or delays.
The role will also be involved in any Mamp;A working with technology leaders in the company and product leaders to assess product / company fit.
The CoS would not be able to efficiently operate subjectively without this individual as they will be entirely reliant on the various team leaders for information in being able to assess them.
This is a great opportunity to sit within the CEO's office where a lot of product and engineering decisions and strategy is set and be part of the team that is both strategising and checking execution of a strategy.
