I am working with a global Management Consultancy who are looking for a BPI Senior Consultant to join their Business Improvement Team in their Accounting Advisory function that will be an essential team member defining the future of this newly formed service for our client.
Managers are responsible for serving clients and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Managers develop lasting relationships with client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery. The Manager is responsible for understanding their client’s business and demonstrating technical competence in their product group and industry. Managers develop contacts with the business community and service as ambassadors of our business in the market.
With companies getting used to the new way of working, our client has been busy solving some of the more complex problems their clients face and are looking to grow their team to meet ramp up in demand. This is a role that will require quick, outside the box thinking.
You will be reporting into a Leader, not a manager, who is happy to roll-up their sleeves when needed but ensure that you meet your personal goals as well as the team goals. Diversity is at the team’s core values and it is through building a diverse team with diverse thinking that they have seen such success.
So if you want an honest conversation about this role where inclusivity amp; diversity are not just lip service and where you will be truly valued then please reach out asap. Like I said at the start, if this role isn’t right we have other roles that maybe of interestlet's talk!
