The People team at SamKnows aims to:

We’re looking for a Performance and Development Manager to:
- empower and support teams and individuals across the business to drive their individual career development through the refinement of an effective performance management system
- support our line managers to ensure they are appropriately prepared to keep teams energised and fulfil the operational side of performance management (reviews, objective-setting and development), sourcing or providing additional training as necessary
- join and participate in our Quarterly Team Strategy meetings (to help align individual and team goals with company missions and targets)
- identify and report on workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance, suggesting solutions with an empathetic approach
- provide regular updates on HR and people management best practices and how these can be tailored to SamKnows
- design and review our policies related to employee performance
- manage HR related processes to improve the employee lifecycle, liaising with external service providers where necessary
You should have:
- experience handling Performance Management systems and processes
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- fantastic organisational and time management skills
- strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- meticulous attention to detail
- exposure to a wide range of HR practices (from onboarding to off-boarding)
Recruitment process:
- Screening Call (30 mins)
- Competency based Interview, with presentation (1h)
- Cultural Contribution Interview (1h)
