ROLE:

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for delivering a smooth and candidate-centric recruitment processes specifically for our corporate functions (Commercial, Operations and Finance). This opportunity offers a broad scope of work ranging from full cycle recruitment to global initiatives and senior level stakeholder management.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have a track-record of owning end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate functions (e.g. Buying, Merchandising, Finance or Customer Operations)
  • You provide an impeccable candidate experience at all touch points, tailored to meet candidate requirements and resolving queries in a timely manner
  • You bring an analytical approach to tackling hiring problems
  • You know how to partner with key stakeholders and how to balance different business priorities
  • You can communicate in a concise and structured manner
  • You take responsibility for the things that block a recruitment process and find a solution.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Full cycle recruitment: Own the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer and stakeholder management across different departments.
  • Candidate experience: Ensure that candidates are given proper support and attention while building lasting relationships regardless of the outcome.
  • Passive sourcing: Attract talent with outreach messages across various platforms and channels.
  • Team player: Work on projects to improve hiring processes across the organization and help your colleagues when needed.
  • Leverage data: Make informed decisions and understand all recruitment efforts and adjust accordingly.
  • Stakeholder management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with your key stakeholders where they can trust your judgement
