Salary: 47,000 52,000* p.a. full-time equivalent, dependent on experience

The role
We are looking to appoint a People and Culture Business Partner to join our People and Culture team within the Foundation to help us realise our ambitious plans for expanding our impact around the world over the next decade and to provide the best People and Culture offering to our organisation.
Working closely with the Director of People and Culture and the wider team, you will be an HR generalist and will be responsible for providing HR guidance and support to the organisation. The areas of focus are employee relations, talent development, performance management, retention, and well-being.
