Job Description
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 base with 45,000 OTE
Established in 2007, are client is a specialist in tech and engineering recruitment with offices throughout the UK and USA. We work with some of the most innovative, cutting-edge companies in this sector.
Their US based business continues to grow at a phenomenal speed and in response they are developing their UK based cross functional team to serve that market. They are still expanding their US team so if you want to move abroad or already have US citizenship we want to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
• Account management across a variety of clients and sectors - Identifying client needs and expectations and managing these effectively.
• Headhunting finding the right candidates using a wide range of methods.
• Manage a strong candidate database effectively.
• Communicating effectively with both clients and candidates.
• Networking with senior candidates generating new and exciting leads to pass on to the Business Development team.
Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a target-based environment, working to a high standard to drive sales performance
• Willing to work in a team environment whilst responsible for your individual target
• Strong collaborative mindset, with a thirst for further professional development.
