Role overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we're looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Copywriter to join our global business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Brand amp; Content, and working with the Heads of Product and CRM team at Fresha, you will be accountable for product communications of both new features and partner lifecycle marketing across all of Fresha’s Product tribes.

This is a pivotal role working across various functions to create product-focused content that informs, educates and inspires customers about Fresha's industry-leading product and features.

Key accountabilities

• Write clear and compelling copy to describe Fresha's ecosystem, features and benefits, collaborating with our Product team
• Be the marketing expert for all things Product, acting as the source of information for the wider Marketing team around Fresha's product features and ecosystem
• Write copy to support the entire partner life cycle, from welcome series and feature launches to feature adoption, working hand-in-hand with our Product and Content teams
• Own the Product Comms calendar and campaigns alongside the CRM team to ensure feature launches in the Product roadmap are promoted to the right audiences
• Create marketing copy for emails, push notifications, website and landing pages, one-pagers, text messages and blog articles
• Build and maintain a product copywriting toolkit to ensure a consistent and accurate way to describe Fresha's product and features across all global markets
• Manage the briefing process to internal teams and project management of creative production for product marketing comms
• Perform post-launch evaluation and provide recommendations for future optimisations
• Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders including Product Managers and Designers, liaising with them to gain, interpret and implement feedback

Requirements

Skills, experience amp; qualifications required

• Proven work experience as a Product Marketer, Product Copywriter, Copywriter or similar role
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills working across a variety of channels, making even the most complex technical matters easy to understand
• Proven experience writing copy that both educates, sells and drives action
• Strong sense of initiative and self-direction
• Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
• Ability to take feedback on board, offering and implementing solutions
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with people from across the business and build strong relationships
