Senior/Lead Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager to drive the future of our business. Reporting to our CPO/COO (adding to our product team of 3, and product development team of 12), you’ll apply your expertise to plan and realise a roadmap that unlocks new value for our customers and unlocks growth for the business.

This role will also be responsible for product data and reporting, with the aid of our DevOps and Engineering team. Strong data skills are a must and you should be comfortable creating data visualisations to communicate insights to both customers and the business.

As our Senior/Lead Product Manager you will:

• Use data, customer and commercial insights to plan the product roadmap
• Smoothly enrich our product through customer-facing insight reporting
• Be the product-data champion at Seenit and work with engineering to ensure we collect the right data
• Help us understand user behaviour and identify levers to help move key metrics
• Ensure the team deliver value quickly and iteratively, running day-to-day activity for product development including ticket writing, review and support go to market of new features.
• Help make our product function the best possible across the product development cycle
• Motivate the team to deliver significant impact to customers and our business
• Align company amp; key stakeholders, while owning overall product metrics
• Manage more junior team members and take accountability for the team’s performance

Requirements

We’d love to meet someone who has

• 4+ years experience in a product management role within an agile environment
• Self-starter, with demonstrated success in crafting a roadmap that has real business impact
• Experience working for a SaaS solutions provider (ideally B2B SaaS)
• Experience in mentoring other team members
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and big data (such as pulling datasets from BigQuery)
• Experience with data visualisation tools
• Proficient in product tools such as Productboard, Jira, Appcues, Hubspot or equivalents
• Exceptional communication skills to help deliver insights to diverse stakeholders
