Economics Teacher
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious teacher of Economics to join an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ School (January 2020). Due to flexibilities in the teaching schedule the school is looking to an ECT or experienced Economics Teacher to teach on a full or Part time basis. They are proud to be one of the highest performing schools in the London area and as such they are oversubscribed with a waiting list to join their community.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a highly successful Economics department on a permanent basis to work with young people who are able and thrive on challenge. Their Economics team provide the best learning experience for pupils through high expectations, inspirational teaching and personalised support. Achievement in the department is outstanding and GCSE results are above the national average.
The department consists of 8 full-time teachers. Teaching takes place in 8 Economics classrooms of which three are new classrooms and based in their STEM area of the new build development.

Salary
The salary for this Economics Teacher position will be paid to scale on a contract to scale MPS/UPS.
