Job Description

Using the HubSpot platform, we provide solutions to increase our customer's level of CRM sophistication as well as delivering strategic consultancy across marketing, sales, service, and business operations - and we do it all whilst trying to strike a balance between professionalism and being human.

As a Project Manager, you will develop project plans and manage them through to completion. In addition, you will be identifying issues and problems, generating solutions and helping choose appropriate alternatives. We rely on you to manage project scope by assessing requirements, changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk. Communicating with all stakeholders and manage their expectations are part of your specialties. We look to you as a role model in promoting good working relationships across a project.

These will be your key performance areas:

1) Project Scheduling and Budget Planning

  • Responsible for using best practice methodology to create a project plan to fit the stakeholders/customers’ needs and deliver with-in budget on desired outcomes.
  • Work with the Resource Managers to predict resources needed to reach objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Prepare the budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and ensure the project keeps to the budget (isn’t over or under serviced).
  • Responsible for managing the budget for third party suppliers where needed.
  • Be accountable in creation of the project plan in Huble’s project management software.
  • Should be confident in facilitating project stakeholder meetings and briefing Resources of project timelines and milestones.
  • Resolve a situation where the project is over budget, working with the Key Account Manager to motivate for more budget if possible.

2) Project Tracking (reporting and administration)

  • Responsible for the completion, distribution and storage of all project documentation which includes but is not limited to the account initiation document, client contact reports, risk register, changes log, recons and lessons learnt.
  • Responsible for ensuring all briefs are prepared in time and resolve situations where briefs are unclear or incomplete.
  • Prepare and maintain clear and concise progress reporting with a view to discovering potential problems before they occur.
  • Applies a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project members’ progress against their project commitments.

3) Project Communication and Timelines (client satisfaction)

  • Responsible for driving efficient project meetings following the SPAT Method.
  • Strive to recognize and communicate when problems surface or potential problems are looming. Communicating and mitigating project risks.
  • Communication on regular project updates, dependencies and deadlines to all project stakeholders including internal Huble team and Client Stakeholders.
  • Resolve any project roadblocks whether internal or from client side ie. lack of login details, missing guidelines, etc

Requirements

This role is best suited for someone who has the following:

  • Extensive experience in project management within a digital marketing, sales or similar field.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, preferably with formal training.
  • Have experience in a Consultancy, Agency or Software development organisation
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Have experience with project management Software such as Accelo, TeamGantt, Monday.com or similar.
  • Working knowledge of Google applications.
