Zapp is looking for a Partnerships Associate to join our commercial team. As a Partnership Associate, you will support the Zapp Partnerships managers to build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and ultimately have an impact on the success of the Zapp brand and our business. Your priority will be to deliver on our commitment to helping our partners improve their performance across their key metrics, developing marketing campaigns, whilst ensuring the Partnerships Managers have all needed materials and data to deliver outstanding supplier service. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Partnerships Managers across all Zapp commercial categories, to deliver on priorities and operational goals according, to our partnership requirements
• Distribute, collect and organise partners' campaign information
• Developing marketing campaigns and pitch materials
• Positioning partnership opportunities to help grow the business
• Participate in analysis and post campaign evaluation, eventually leading data collation and organisation
• Reflect on the partners’ feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products, business processes, systems and tools, ultimately aimed at providing a best in class customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams - such as Product, Category Management, Marketing and Supply Chain
• Always look out for new opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and attract new partners

Requirements

• You should be passionate about networking, building long lasting and meaningful relationships, highly analytical and customer obsessed
• 1+ years of experience in partnership role or similar roles
• Experience in retail, an FMCG environment or within a consulting company is beneficial
• Passion to keep up with current trends in the industry
• Excellent verbal and written skills,
• Highly organised with the ability to stick to KPIs
• Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable in a highly ambiguous environment, able to take responsibility from day one and work independently by following processes and own direction
• Experience working with SQL is beneficial
