Bud works to create the world’s most compelling financial data products. We do this by working closely with Enterprise amp; SME clients who integrate Bud’s APIs and utilise Bud’s Dashboards and Web Flows. Bud provides suites of APIs, defined through OpenAPI specifications and integration guides, to clients which allow for automated integrations with the Bud Platform. Bud’s Dashboards are often used inside large organisations to enable staff to perform critical business processes. Bud’s Web Flows are used by hundreds of thousands of consumers a month to perform actions where conversion, accessibility and successful flows are critical such as completing payments or connecting Open Banking accounts.
Bud operates a number of domain-centric multi-disciplinary product teams consisting of individuals in the areas of Backend, Frontend, Design, Product, Data and QA. Bud Individual Contributors are expected to own the quality of what they deploy, with QA Engineers inside product teams producing automated tests, that are utilised by Individual Contributors for regression testing, based on external contracts, contributing to product discussions, and performing exploratory testing.
As an SDET you will be responsible to implement automation tests for our services, and contribute to development and maintenance of the overall QA regression suites, covering several projects and ensuring our software is consistently delivered with the highest quality.

The role is a hybrid role where you may work from Bud’s office or remotely as often as you wish, however, occasional attendance (such as once per month) in Bud’s office would be ideal for team get-togethers.
