Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior UX Designer to work as part of our growing creative team. You will initially join a Digital Transformation project with one of our key clients.
The successful applicant will be someone that can see the bigger picture and understand how an individual digital experience works as part of a larger customer experience ecosystem.
The role requires both independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.

A day in the life of an Aiimi Senior UX Consultant:
- Working closely with product owners, researchers, UX and UI designers and development teams to create innovative solutions for Aiimi’s software product
- Map user journeys and pain points and ensure we are designing to meet user needs
- Gather and evaluate user requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Illustrate, present and get feedback on ideas with low and high-fidelity prototypes
- Shape team processes and mentor, guide and help develop junior team members
- Be able to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced ever-evolving workplace
- Ability to solve problems and effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamic environment using a data-driven and analytical approach.
- Bring teams together, ensuring knowledge is shared and projects are aligned. This could include running feedback sessions and workshops - whether it’s to keep a project moving in the right direction or to keeping everyone on the same page, you’ll know the right ways to communicate effectively.
- Working closely with key stakeholders and customers, both internally and externally
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Senior UX Design role is essential, bringing digital experiences to life, ideally within a change amp; transformation environment
- Good knowledge of user-centred design processes and UX principles
- User research and discovery skills (workshops, personas, mental models, user journeys, surveys etc)
- Strong conceptual skills with an aptitude for problem solving, and ability to create original solutions based on user needs
- Creation of mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes to share ideas and gather feedback
- Experience in planning and facilitating usability testing sessions (both prototypes and products) and user workshops, both in person and remote
- Excellent organisational and time management skills - you will need to be comfortable working on multiple work streams
- Your portfolio will demonstrate a flexible UX approach that has resulted in the delivery of desktop and mobile (web) B2B projects
- Experience working alongside a technical team and interpreting technical challenges
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of Sketch, Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
