Business Development Manager

We are looking for GREAT people to join our field sales team in the UK!!

Up to 29,000 basic PLUS uncapped commission.

We are looking for energy, a ‘can-do’ attitude and a real hunger to build a successful career in sales!

We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual to join our growing field sales team. We have ambitious plans over the next few years and we need superstars to help us achieve them.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Our BDMs are responsible for the overall success of their region, meaning you will take on a hybrid role - Your core focus will be growing your estate through New Business, this will likely take up 70% of your time, however you will also have full responsibility for all of your existing partners, helping them grow and ensuring they are getting the most from their partnership with us.

We have a telesales team that will support you with booking meetings, but to succeed in this role, you will also need to generate your own leads and meetings.

Here’s what a typical week might look like for you:

  • Monday Friday in the field attending new business and account management meetings.
  • Actively researching your territory to identify new business opportunities.
  • Working towards and achieving KPIs and targets.
  • Providing world class account management with existing restaurant partner- Upselling, solving problems and providing ongoing support
  • Optimising the sales and profitability of the existing customer.

Helping restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing. We are ensuring that small to medium-sized restaurants and chains are not subjected to lofty commissions and giving the restaurant the ownership of their success.

  • Previous customer facing sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Someone with initiative, who is able to work as part of a team and individually.

  • Self-motivated with a pro-active approach to sales
  • Driven and ambitious towards KPI’s and actively encouraging and working towards hitting targets set
  • It is essential that you have a full valid driving licence for this role.
