We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Ledger Clerk with recent experience in a similar role to work in our central services team based in Nantwich, Cheshire.
As a Senior Sales Ledger Clerk you will work within our growing finance team. You will be able to:
· Maintain the Sales Ledger system through liaison with villages and homes.
· Post monies received to customer accounts accurately and investigate discrepancies.
· Liaise with non-private customers to resolve invoicing issues.
· Process private customer refunds in line with procedures.
· Process Direct Debit forms in line with procedures.
You will be a focussed customer service professional with exceptional administration skills and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You will ideally be qualified to AAT level 2 and will hold GCSES Math and English at grade 4 (or equivalent)
The role is predominantly Monday - Friday however due to the nature of the business we need someone who is reliable and able to fulfil contracted hours and flexible work patterns. We offer a hybrid working pattern to employees after a period of office based training and induction.
Salary: 23,878 pa
