We’re now looking for an exceptional Psychology teacher or tutor to join us in 2023.

Requirements

• Organise GCSE and A-level Psychology specifications into clear structures that form the foundation for resource creation
• Create high-quality, courses-specific revision content which includes:
  1. Concise Revision Notes that aid students in understanding and consolidating their Psychology knowledge, from basic principles to the most challenging concepts
  2. Differentiated exam-style Topic Questions
  3. Student-friendly model answers and mark schemes that clearly convey how students can best respond to exam questions
  4. Solution videos for exam questions and tutorial videos
• Hire and build a small team of content experts that will help us rapidly scale our Psychology provision across exam boards and levels
• Work with the wider content team, including our Subject Leads, to continually refine and develop our systems and processes

Hopefully, you’ll have some or all of the following:

• Experience as a teacher or tutor of Psychology (ideally 2+ years)
• You’re a subject specialist, with a relevant degree (2:1 or higher)
• Exceptional written English (Native English speaker)
• The ability to clearly communicate challenging concepts to a student audience
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and willing to learn how to use our web-based platform
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Some extras that would be an added bonus:

• Examiner experience - either marking or writing exam questions
• Experience writing your own exam questions
• Experience across GCSE and A-level
